About Appletrees B&B

A warm welcome awaits you at Appletrees Guest House. Our beautiful Victorian home is situated on The Heads in Keswick’s premier location.

Most of our front facing B&B rooms enjoy a lake view, whilst at the back you can take in the impressive skyline of Latrigg and Skiddaw. Ideally positioned we are just a few minutes walk from the town centre, bus station, Theatre by the lake and Derwentwater.

Relax in our guest lounge with a cuppa and a piece of homemade cake whilst you take in the breathtaking views across Crow Park, over Derwentwater and all the way down to the Borrowdale Valley.

Our B&B Rooms

Our bed & breakfast offers seven en suite rooms in double, twin, and single options, all non-smoking with tea & coffee making facilities. We provide natural, vegan, and sustainable toiletries from Bath House, made in Cumbria. Guests also have access to a variety of walking guides and materials to explore the area.

Dog friendly B&B

If you are looking for a dog friendly bed and breakfast in Keswick, then look no further. We have three dog friendly B&B rooms that are available by prior arrangement.

There is an additional charge of £10 per dog, per night, with a maximum of two dogs per room. Towels are provided in the wet room specifically for your damp dogs.

We kindly request that dogs are not left unattended in the rooms for more than one hour. We allow well-behaved dogs in the breakfast area, provided they are kept on a lead. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred by their pets.
